I am trying to create a presentable website.
This is the structure I have so far.
It is online already so I can have accountability and motivation to improve it.

There are many hobbies that come and go in my life.
Language learning is one that never seems to leave me.

Ever since I was a child, I was taught english as a second language in school.
I ended up liking it a lot. It brought me friends and access to the rest of the world.

There are multiple languages I want to learn. The first I tried learning after english was german.
I still know some, but I am nowhere near fluency.

With quick detours on arabic and korean, I settled on learning spanish.
I would love to travel to south america, so it's a language I would get use out of.
As a master of the art of procrastination, I hoped this would help motivate me.
It is very fun to learn, especially coming from french and english.
It felt challenging enough and I learned enough to understand basic conversations.

The first time Tiktok went down and people started to use chinese platforms, I decided to follow along.
I always wanted to learn a language with a different alphabet.
I'm still currently focusing on learning chinese.
The progress is slow but constant, which is all you can ask for.

Chinese will not be the last language I teach myself as I hope to learn as many as I can!
